Data didn't work in Germany. I got an SMS from simpel with obsolete instructions about APN, for old android phones, that I should be a NASA scientist to make it out Few links to activate apn were not online but down. Newer androids don't show any apn setting. All these, when I was driving in German highway. Also, they charge about €100 for 700mb data out of the bundle back in NL.

Language is very important, and I think it's best to give options of their choice of language especially the most common ones. Example NOT EVERYONE IN THE NETHERLANDS SPEAKS AND UNDERSTANDS DUTCH. So limiting the language to just DUTCH makes it difficult for us nun Dutch to explore the App. Thanks.

It doesn't have English language support. I have accidentally clicked a button on the app which I found out later that it was for re-ordering Sim card. They have charged me 15Euro!! I have quickly contacted their support, but they have told me there is no way to cancel sim card replacement order!! It seems like they have put a button there to earn some money from uninformed people.

Bad UI design makes navigating impossible. When visiting the "chat" page in the app, it is impossible to scroll down because the Chat-box is does not allow the user to scroll on that page you have to literally touch the available remaining 1 cm of white space to be able to scroll down and reach other important info. I'n addition, im receiving e-mails "Final invoice reminder!" even though I paid with Ideal on day 1 of concluding the contract and the app shows invoice = Paid from day 1 too.....
