I recently had the pleasure of working with Zoomo, Manchester, and I'm thrilled to give them a 5-star rating! The staff, particularly Maris at front desk and Phil, (I call him Dr. Phil) were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely polite, helpful, and always welcoming. Their top-notch services made a huge difference in my delivery experience. As a delivery rider and daily commuter, I highly recommend Zoomo Manchester office to anyone looking for reliable and efficient services.

It clearly the worst ebike battery is not good especially im using whiz ebike it works better. The material they use is not good quality stand is cheap plastic it looks like can easily break. I recommend you go with whiz ebike or any company like getting vintage ebike Chinese bike work way better, and they help fix your bike with no problem. Don't go with zoomo. I tested it out trust me you won't like especially the seat is not comfortable returning the zoomo ebike on October 14, 2025. ๐

The app is horrible just like the customer service. You won't be able to book a repair because the app will just crash and close itself, customer support won't answer you for weeks, they don't have a phone number in 2023. They will lock your bike and threaten you with taking your bike even if you pay. Only thing they interested in is money.

I was trying to book a return, but it's not working. Also, if I need help from support team, they respond after 5.6 hours. It's terrible.

The app keeps crashing one second into opening it. I can't even unlock my bike. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. Clearing cache doesn't work. I CANNOT UNLOCK MY BIKE TO USE IT.
