It clearly the worst ebike battery is not good especially im using whiz ebike it works better. The material they use is not good quality stand is cheap plastic it looks like can easily break. I recommend you go with whiz ebike or any company like getting vintage ebike Chinese bike work way better, and they help fix your bike with no problem. Don't go with zoomo. I tested it out trust me you won't like especially the seat is not comfortable returning the zoomo ebike on October 14, 2025. 👋

Terrible service and it is too expensive for what it is. The app never works, and I couldn't make an appointment to return the bike and since I couldn't until 2 days later they charged me for the entire month when it hadn't even been a week.

The app is horrible just like the customer service. You won't be able to book a repair because the app will just crash and close itself, customer support won't answer you for weeks, they don't have a phone number in 2023. They will lock your bike and threaten you with taking your bike even if you pay. Only thing they interested in is money.

The app keeps crashing one second into opening it. I can't even unlock my bike. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work. Clearing cache doesn't work. I CANNOT UNLOCK MY BIKE TO USE IT.
