The last update broke the app completely. The data is not being loaded at all, even after cleaning all the data and logging out. Edit: after reinstalling everything works correctly. If the developers are reading this review, you could try to test updating from a previous version (~1-year-old) to the current one. It broke my app

The app is not intuitive at all. Too much chaos and information at the frontage. It happens that payments don't show up in the app even if you were charged. But Orange doesn't care about customers, they send you to the payment service provider to solve the issue. This costs you time and energy but who cares. You often need to wait more than 10 min. to have your package activated and be able to send txt m. In the meantime even if you paid they charge you using normal tariff. Moving to PLAY!

TAK O👎👎👎 Amazing service... I can't switch my plan or buy additional data because of some "maintenance work." Of course, I haven't found a notification about it anywhere in the app. Tried contacting support, but it's just a bot that constantly repeats the same message about planned maintenance and then drops the call. Like it! So now I'm stuck paying for extremely expensive data with no way to manage my plan. Really impressive customer experience, great job!

I don't think 1-star rating is fair for the app itself, but constant bombardment with internal ADs, promotions, discounts. New offers, buy this, get that, another pop up window - when I just want to get in, pay my invoice and leave is the most horrendous design I've seen. If I want to check a discount or get a new service, I'll check it myself. The predatory tactic of stacking offers that aren't even that good is making the app unbearable.

If you offer an English language option in the settings, make sure to actually translate the app. Right now, it’s an absolute mess: half of the interface changes to English, while the other half remains in Polish. What is the point of this? If you officially provide a language feature, finish the job and translate everything properly. Extremely frustrating and lazy execution.
