Worst app ever. Can't renew my subscription to Amazon Prime. Always saying renewal done but with no link to subscribe. Link never received. I can't even talk to the customer service. And chatting with them is useless... waste of time!

I just don't know why you guys insist on making things harder, I used to use this app to pay my home internet bill for 2 years, but now, with the new update I can't even find a way to know how much my bill is?, or even to see any info about Home DSL. The app's only dealing with me as an Orange mobile customer, it doesn't ask me about my landline number to show my bill and consuming info as I used to. It is completely ignoring to show any UI for Home DSL customers. So, Are you going to fix this?!

Very bad user experience, I cannot change my package through the app or the website, there are a limitation on payment to be between 5 and 500 LE, and I have to pay 572 to renew my package !!!! When I try to make another payment, it gives me an error that I cannot make another transaction and I have to wait 15 mins for making another transaction !!!
