This is a case where sometimes doing little is excellent. At least the app is functional this time. But I don't really need to see the account numbers of all my contacts. And I do not appreciate all the information the app demands from me.

This is one of the worst updates so far. I don't know what your Tech guys smoke. They removed Menu and accessing Self Service is impossible. All you now have is how to credit and debit the account. I have issues with my card which I don't have to visit the bank to get them resolved if Self Service is available. Then worst off are the automated Customer Service care lines. They're more than terrible. The USSD? Don't go there. In a nutshell, the tech/IT deserve a term in a prison of my choice.

After updating, The App keeps asking me to update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled up to five times . Sometimes it allowed me to log in and more recently it has not allowed me to log in!!!... Something is not right. The bank needs to look into this. Regards Josiah

Please you guys that develop the app can't you make your app a lot unique and smooth, I love the bank but I don't so much like your design of the frame, check out palm pay, opay, access more design come-on, you guys were my top back in the 16, 17, 18 eras but this tech era 26 up, you slacking behind on so many options to add. Thank you.
