The GT World app is a great app that I have trusted for so long in terms of security and service delivery; however, my concern is about quick credit/salary advancement. When a customer takes a loan, he/she should receive an email in that regard showing the details of the loan, like the repayment date, interest rate, and an option for liquidation on the App, should incase the money is available in the account before the repayment. This will really give a customer a heads-up and lower late payment

This app has the worst UI in Nigeria banks. The interface is more of aesthetics rather than function. Why is a person account name so small? It's very easy to send money to an unintended person. When sending money, name and account number should be a priority, the focus on the app is more of design.

This is one of the worst updates so far. I don't know what your Tech guys smoke. They removed Menu and accessing Self Service is impossible. All you now have is how to credit and debit the account. I have issues with my card which I don't have to visit the bank to get them resolved if Self Service is available. Then worst off are the automated Customer Service care lines. They're more than terrible. The USSD? Don't go there. In a nutshell, the tech/IT deserve a term in a prison of my choice.

Please you guys that develop the app can't you make your app a lot unique and smooth, I love the bank but I don't so much like your design of the frame, check out palm pay, opay, access more design come-on, you guys were my top back in the 16, 17, 18 eras but this tech era 26 up, you slacking behind on so many options to add. Thank you.
