I have been using this app for over Nine years without a hitch not until my daily transfer limit was restricted and could not be lifted even after many visits to the bank and many online calls. Another issue I am facing now started when the app was updated. I have not been able to transfer to a third party what shows is "third party transfer is restricted after sign up till after 48hr". It is over three days now and the problem persists. I have to resort to GTB online banking.

I wanted to change the password because I forgot the previous one, and they made me log out, I lost so much history of my transfers which is very important to me. The account got credited, and they didn't allow me to transfer to a third party until after 48 hours I was so stranded. Another thing, for each transaction, they deduct a particular amount, if I do 10 transactions, they are deducting 12 or more times.

GTCO is really a good bank, for example I downloaded the app and logged in without the bank helping me to open it, someone banks are not all that easy to login by yourself for the first time

App jas been great, but it recently started hanging on the login screen and takes a long while for the fingerprint prompt to pop up. It makes using the app almost impossible as it doesn't always work.

There used to be a section where you can see your account officer details in the old app, but this does not show it neither is there anyway to resolve issues you have with the GT Fund Managers linked with it.
