TAK O👎👎👎 Amazing service... I can't switch my plan or buy additional data because of some "maintenance work." Of course, I haven't found a notification about it anywhere in the app. Tried contacting support, but it's just a bot that constantly repeats the same message about planned maintenance and then drops the call. Like it! So now I'm stuck paying for extremely expensive data with no way to manage my plan. Really impressive customer experience, great job!

The app used to be helpful if you are a foreigner and needed to pay your phone without problems. Now, it doesn't have information in English, you have to be logged in, you have to create an account, or you can't even see your balance, deadlines or even pay. Besides, is full of annoying add and rubbish. Worse than ever. I might change to another provider.

It used to be OK if you got through all the ads and just managed services, but after the recent update the app took ages to open, and now I simply can't launch it😭

The last update broke the app completely. The data is not being loaded at all, even after cleaning all the data and logging out. Edit: after reinstalling everything works correctly. If the developers are reading this review, you could try to test updating from a previous version (~1-year-old) to the current one. It broke my app
