As design concept "the looks", yes it is nice and modern-y. However as user-interface, I still face issues and there are many issues like, where to find the services I Need, or find the cards I have, or control the cards. It took me a while to know where the transfers and how they are done. There are many steps to be done to find it. While the older app, needed some aesthetic make over, it was simpler than the new one. The New app lags, and takes a good while to load with each click.

-are you seriously using AI people in the intro loading page? -the login in UI looks vibe coded, and it is even worse than the old one. - I have to verify myself again and the credentials from the old app don't work? Are you serious?

Very bad app compared to the existing one, not user-friendly, complicated and impose unnecessary additional burden. The current App is much better than this one and if this becomes obligatory and replaces the existing one, then I have no other option but to transfer my account and my family's accounts to another bank
