I would give it 5 stars, u can basically do everything, it's an online bank but starting from Eid it wouldn't open, keep lagging. I tried to uninstall and install but still wouldn't open

Very disappointing customer support. I reported my Direct Remit issue in the month of May and have sent multiple follow-ups since then. It has been nearly two months, yet I haven't received a proper response or update. If the issue cannot be resolved, the least they could do is inform the customer instead of ignoring repeated emails. Poor service and lack of communication.

Not able to do international transfer from KSA since more than a month. Also if I call to customer care, they also don't know when this will resolve. Pls. Let me know when it will resolve. If this will take time then will open account in some other local KSA bank.
