I would give it 5 stars, u can basically do everything, it's an online bank but starting from Eid it wouldn't open, keep lagging. I tried to uninstall and install but still wouldn't open

Given the features provided by this app, it deserves no more than 2 stars. 1. To open an account visit the branch, why? 2. for KYC visit the branch why ? 3. Can't pay government payment using a credit card, why? 4. Card payment through SADAD reflects in 3-4 days why not immediate? Compared to other banks apps it has very basic functionality. Navigation could improve.

Application not working properly. am I trying to contact ENDB X KSA helpline number and as well as trying to raise complain through application but application automatically closing. I paid and cleared payment through sadad but still paid amount not reflecting. Please sort out my issue. am I trying to solve through application for 2 weeks.
