It's rare that Liv gives me problems, but this comes at a bad time. I can see that this issue seems to have affected others too, thing is now I can't log in. The issue is related to the Smart ID and my biometrics don't seem to work all of a sudden, even though I've been using it till now without issue.

Too much strange, suddenly doesn't accept the credentials by saying wrong credentials, smart pass not working, fingerprint not working... seriously all in a sudden you can't log in to your account and when try to reset the credentials still didn't work

Extremely disappointing service. On 17 July, I deposited AED 20,500 through an Emirates Islamic CDM into a Liv (Emirates NBD) account. Even after weeks, this issue remains unresolved. I have visited branches, called customer support, sent emails, and filed complaints, yet no one is willing to register my complaint simply because I am the depositor and not the account holder. This is unacceptable. If a bank accepts my cash, it must also provide a proper way for the depositor to trace, investigate

Not responsible persons in this Liv team, they deduct my amount without active my ATM pin, I open the bank account from liv X before 7 days, and I deposited the amount from Emirates ID bcoz pin not generated by apps and within 7 days they have deducted my account called service charges. Still not yet get my pin still I didn't get any transactions still I get use ATM card then why deduct the amount? I have maintained rules the amount should be more than 5000 Durham but also deducted the amount
