I opened a Liv X account but never used it for any transactions. After several months, I noticed a negative balance of AED 131.25 due to account charges. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I need to pay this amount before the account can be closed. I have requested a review and waiver of the charges as the account remained unused. I hope Liv can improve transparency regarding fees for inactive accounts and provide a fair resolution.

Liv debit card is working contact less but I have not set the pin. Where are the settings in the app. There is no option available to reset pin for cards.
