Every time I try typing IBAN number. Switch app for reading numbers from WhatsApp, and come back to NBD, it stops adding and goes back to list of beneficiaries. This was not happening before. You could switch apps and continue typing IBAN details. Please check!

If the Passport update function is stopped and not being used due to bank policy, then take it out from the app. Remove it. And don't claim that you have a function to update passport information through the app. And if it's an actual function, then fix it because IT DOES NOT WORK. I went to a nearby branch and there are many clients there who complain of the same.

I returned from holiday to see my Mobile Banking app does not work. It is stuck at a security alert about Voice-over. I disabled Voice-over on my phone, reinstalled the app, but it still doesn't work. I don't have access to my banking on my phone app now. Please resolve.

Garbage! Is the word that comes to my mind. The biometrics shows invalidated and is not allowing login. I have validated my identity through password, pin and email still no access. Please fire ur tech team and hire a new one update: After a good 30 mins with customer support, they came up with a solution of raising complaint and 2 days for resolution. Meanwhile, if I have to make an urgent transfer, I was asked to visit the branch. Please let me know which midnight branch is operational?
