Improved over last version but most annoying part is frequent roll back from biometric to password following an update. It is now mandatory to have biometric login but every major update brings back the password, and you have to re-enroll for biometric login. Please find a solution. Also, please consider the following functionality for credit and debit cards in the app Daily spending limit Monthly spending limit

App is now down for the past week. I have downloaded the update, had to re-register myself 6+ time for the fingerprint, and it still doesn't work. I am stuck for any online shopping now as cannot connect on the app to validate anything. I've raised the point to help desk who doesn't seem to care. Please update the app and put it back to a working level.

Online banking is need to improve if phone is dead or inaccessible you cannot log in through online banking because it will ask ENBD X app for authorization there is no way around. Then what is the point of having online banking please take this as consideration and change it. Online banking need to access through OTP every time can't keep mobile.

I am deeply frustrated and angry with my recent experience using the ENBD X app. The app has deducted money from my account twice in a day. This is a severe glitch that compromises my financial security. When a bank handles your hard-earned money, you expect absolute reliability, but right now, I don't feel safe keeping my funds here. Someone can just access our bank account? Customer support needs to address this! This is completely unacceptable.
