My phone’s fingerprint sensor is not working, and I am unable to access the app using my password. My mobile banking profile is also blocked. I contacted the call center for assistance, but they advised me that I either need to repair the fingerprint sensor or change my phone, and that they cannot provide any other solution. Since the new update requires biometric authentication, does this mean I will be unable to use the mobile banking app until I repair or replace my phone?

After updating the app, I can't log in. It is saying device integrity failed even before I type in login credentials. If I reopen the app immediately it is not going beyond the enbd logo page, not even the login.

I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to the new update, it's opening on the login page as recover access and after allowing face scan and giving fingerprint it's getting stuck and after many attempts I am unable to log in to the main homepage, fingerprint it's taking and still showing the same page but not the login page, I have to make my card payments and I am out of the UAE, highly disappointed with this application as I will be charged late payment charges if the application can't be logged in
