Very disappointed with the customer service. One of my transactions is showing as “Completed,” but the amount has still not been credited to the beneficiary’s account. Separately, another amount has been on hold for more than 2 days. Despite contacting customer service, I was informed that the issue had been resolved, even though it was not. Very poor experience and extremely disappointing customer service. I expected much better from FAB.
