I notice one thing in other bank app, if I have to pay 5000 to credit card and if I pay 4000, so they change it in app and showing 4000 paid and the rest amount 1000 to be paid. But this thing is not available in FAB app. Even if I pay full amount it will show it in app until next statement but in other bank apps it's showing Paid amount and rest to be paid amount differently which is very easy for understanding. I hope developers will notice it.

I decrease one star because It's slow customer support services my transaction is stucked from last 10 days every time call customer support representative they saying we will escalate the issue. I never recommend FAB for emergency transfers because my this transaction was for my son for eidi now he is very sad because nor he recived nor refunded please FAB try to better your customer support quick and fast.

I need to close the account I visited 1 time Branch time I visited fab tower Abu Dhabi 2 time I visited Fab Rolex tower Branch financial center But still not close How to close I don't know I give him ID every think ?

I want to give 0very bad customer service there is no option to contact with real customer service agent instead they added bot and keeps on asking same questions again and again and when I call the customer service over the phone even there first we should speak with the bot will speak like for 3-4minutes, and then it will transfer to one of the agents but here's the main problem they are asking to wait 20 mins don't we have anything else to do. Do something for this one remove the bots.
