For almost 3 months I'm trying to connect the Fab business app to my new device. As the old device screen is broken.I'm installing the app in my new phone, I cannot log in, because I need to unlink my old phone. But in the Fab app no options to unlink the device. Call center couldn't help. Any help or advice from app developers??????

We wish to express our strong dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by your staff. There has been a severe lack of service quality and a complete disregard for our situation on the part of the employee responsible for managing our account. We have been unable to execute any transfers or payments from our account for over two weeks. Despite contacting our account manager via WhatsApp and email—as well as reaching out to the general customer service email—no one has shown any action
