Dear EI I had applied a credit card on Feb 26 was approved and taken delivery the physical card, but before activation it was blocked from the bank due to staff ID requirement, why you are not asking before apply and approval, now the credit card is showing in my aecb that due to that I am unable to take another product from another bank, I called many times to bank costumer care and send an email but no proper response was received till now, and still the card was not cancelled,
