Haven't been able to use the Ei+ and Enbd application for 2 weeks. There is a message stating security alert and to disable Voice over. Have taken the phone to the store, and they have confirmed it is deactivated. But the issue still persists. Please have this rectified as we are unable to authorize payments via the app.

The issue below was fixed after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This latest update brought many issues. The buttons are not responding not clickable. Keeps asking for accessing my contacts. I can only access on account or card there is no going back it's stuck I have to kill the app

I am facing very bad experience with app as I could not able to log in with fingerprint. Face recognition is not working while registering and fingerprint is working. While login same fingerprint is not working. I could not able to make any transactions because of this issue. Frustrated 😔 with this new feature. When user ID and password is there it was very good .....not happy with the additional feature as it is not working....

Worst update and worst developers – absolutely no common sense. New update, you cannot log in using your password. Enter credentials, and it gives error: login through biometrics and no option to add biometrics. I called the helpline, waited 20 minutes to get connected, and the support person told me to click on Forgot Credentials and from there you could register for biometrics. My question: why not add this option on the home page to register for biometric in the first place.
