I have been using this bank for more than 5 years and I really liked this bank's service. I sincerely thank Emirates Islamic Bank from the bottom of my heart for providing such good service to us. Whenever I send money to my mother, my mother receives the money within a minute and the best part is that Emirates Islamic Bank does not charge any fees. Thank you so much Emirates Islamic Bank. We love you

Doesn't work at All still not working this app with my phone

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the bank. During the card switching process, the customer care representative assured me that certain actions would be completed. However, these commitments were not fulfilled. Furthermore, despite raising multiple queries, I have not received any update either through a phone call or via the mobile application. The lack of communication, follow-up, and resolution reflects a very poor customer service experience.

There are multiple limitations within the service, and it is unacceptable that certain key features only function on specific mobile devices, with Android not fully supported across all functionalities. This critical restriction was not clearly communicated at the time of onboarding, leading to confusion, poor user experience, and unmet expectations. The lack of transparency and incomplete access across platforms is disappointing and not aligned with standard service quality expectations
