★★☆☆☆ They did a so called 'upgrade' and in the process threw a score of customer accounts OUT of their systems. I have been unable to get continuous access to my account despite 12 emails and 7 phone calls to their 'agents' who have No knowledge and utterly no authority. It is a SCANDAL that Emirates charges More than any other airline for their services and employs monkeys to handle their systems and 'upgrades'. I have been a Skywards customer since 2012 and am at the point of Switching to QA or TK.
