​Total failure when it matters most. Only good for viewing/changing flights; use the website instead. 1) Broke basic special requests, blocking a dietary meal selection well outside the 24hr window. 2) Complete compliance failure during a 5.5hr operational delay. No digital meal vouchers or list of rights, and phone support was useless. Under EU261 Article 9, duty of care is a legal mandate. This app actively bottlenecks passenger rights during irregular operations. Unfit for a premium carrier.

Impossible to contact anyone via the app - unable to send message via live chat, unable to contact anyone via Contact Us in the app Eventually had to use X (prev Twitter) but the customer service there was just regurgitating what I already knew. Provided no value add, seems to be just a placeholder to push back on any request Disappointing that this is Emirates' customer service! Terrible service

Very bad experience cancel flight not yet refund now around 2 months past to cancel ticket customer support representative said fully refund in 14 working days but not yet received
