Overall it's good. I hate that it does not have the ability to store passenger details for use later. And all the time, right when online check in opens up, it forgets passport details. So annoying.

They are the best both in emergency and rebooking of flight even if you missed your flight, like as of last year I was coming back, I had serious emergency between death and life, and they saved me and even offered to get a cardiologist to come.

Impossible to contact anyone via the app - unable to send message via live chat, unable to contact anyone via Contact Us in the app Eventually had to use X (prev Twitter) but the customer service there was just regurgitating what I already knew. Provided no value add, seems to be just a placeholder to push back on any request Disappointing that this is Emirates' customer service! Terrible service

Extremely disappointing. 15 hours of delays with Emirates — 9hrs in Islamabad and 6hrs in Dubai. No hotel, no lounge, no support, and my pre-selected seats were changed 3 times without any reason. Zero compensation. This is not what I expect from a airline.
