There is a bug in which you can't do the check-in, if the air company is a partner of Emirates (not Emirates directly). This delayed my whole trip, and it was very bad!

Used to be good airline, recently I had with my family bad traveling experience the route/return trip (DMM-Birmingham-Edinburgh-DMM). Logistics is so tiring, drop you in on terminal and next flight into another. Due to that, double transit check points/custom checks were a must to do. Waiting time/layoff was extremely long. Tried to purchase additional luggage while returning, but, wasn't possible online. The call center was a miss and cut off the call while asking for a help.

Disappointed with fly dubai services.my luggage was damaged. There was no air-conditioning in luggage section which spoiled my food items. . The air conditioning in cabin started only after flight started 30 - 40 minutes after boarding, flight was 30 minutes delayed

2 flights cancelled EK2390 & FZ 1604 for 15 July without any notification, and I submitted a compliant on 23 July without any response till now. Really bad experience with no proper support when I was in the airport.
