You removed the option of selecting the flight seat before making the booking payment. This is very inconvenient especially when I am travelling with my wife. I don't want to make the payment and then finds out that we are in 2 different area of the plane or setting in a non-comfortable location. We have the right to select the seat based on our preference. Kindly bring this option back. Apart from that, everything is great

The application lack tracking the flight when it's operated by another airlines, and in case of cancellation you will not receive notification through this App or other communication channels, this what happened to me (2 flights cancelled : EK2390 & FZ 1604 at 15 July 2026), to make it worst the lack of the support I received at Malaysian airports to fix the cancelled flights. For 2 months trying to refund the cancelled flight after sending compliant and receiving irrational responses

Can't reset my password I can't remember my login, so I go to forgot password. They send me the link which takes me to the page, and I input my new password, and it says it isn't secure, and I should use a new password. This happens 6+ times, and I don't have that many passwords, but I'm still blocked from logging in or reseting the password
