Worst Airline Experience – Avoid Salam Air Extremely congested cabin with almost no legroom. Very uncomfortable flight. Food quality is terrible and not worth paying for. Their hand-luggage policy feels like a scam—a small trolley bag is not allowed as cabin baggage, forcing passengers to pay extra at the airport. On top of that, the per-kg excess baggage charge is unreasonably high. Overall poor comfort, poor service, and unfair baggage rules. Not recommended to anyone.

1. Flight Destinations not updated. You see Abha, as soon as you open the app, but it's not a destination you can select. You can select Bahrain as a destination but flights stopped long ago. Neglected app. Which once was quite 5-star. 2. Fares aren't budget airline, although service is budget. Going out of Muscat is cheap but coming back is twice or thrice the original fare. Budget airlines don't operate like this. 3. A missed opportunity
