Lousy app that is NOT constantly updated for outlets that had closed or gone out of business, a simple act that evidences no proper mgmt or maintenance of the app!/

Since linking my card as you have to, this app works less than half the time, for example on a bill of over 400aed at Café Bat eel it did not reflect. Customer service said that it would take 4 days but still nothing, and more often than not the points so not get added and there is literally nothing you can do about it.

Terrible experience with the skywards team and customer service. EK took away 100k miles that my husband just transferred from his bank due to a glitch in the system and refuse to return the miles. They refuse to investigate properly and look into a major issue in their system. The family membership is a big failure and the lack of interest to fix major issues is shocking. Very disappointing

Very poor app, doesn't seem to connect or work with the Emirates app as it should. Not easy to navigate either !!
