This is a scam company. The customer support team is always busy and never responds when you actually need them. They don't have a physical office; they just work from home. They claim to be affiliated with Arab Bank and Jawwal, but if you go to those branches, they tell you they have nothing to do with them and to contact the company's technical support. There are always issues with transfers, and when a problem happens, it takes a month to get resolved. DON'T OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

Bad Customer Support I can access my online bank account using the online application 😄😄 an online bank should at the bare minimum have a working mobile application don't you all think so?
