Absolutely love the Reflection app! It’s by far the most modern and user-friendly banking app out there. Setting up my account was superfast, and the interface is incredibly smooth. Bad Customer Support I can access my online bank account using the online application 😄😄 an online bank should at the bare minimum have a working mobile application don't you all think so?

The most dumb app when it comes to log in again after some time offline using. You fill card fields, correct inputs, click confirm, message error pop-up says: incorrect inputs. Wait, what's wrong with the inputs? These inputs were always accepted when I'm offline and go to log in. What just happened with your app? I repeat the process from time to time, hope that it's service was not working well at that time, but I think my thoughts were wrong, even with "forget passwords" same issue.

This is a scam company. The customer support team is always busy and never responds when you actually need them. They don't have a physical office; they just work from home. They claim to be affiliated with Arab Bank and Jawwal, but if you go to those branches, they tell you they have nothing to do with them and to contact the company's technical support. There are always issues with transfers, and when a problem happens, it takes a month to get resolved. DON'T OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THEM
