I had some issues while creating my account because I entered the wrong Shell card ID, which meant I wouldn't be able to get the gas vouchers. I contacted customer support and explained my mistake. I had some difficulty. Using an Android device I managed to open an account and proceeded with KYC and ID confirmation. All good until I tried to get a debit card. Every time I tried opening an expense account and issue a debit card, the app crashed repeatedly. Edit: I opened the account first with the no card option, and then I issued a virtual card and it worked. I see that the guys are constantly updating the app, and I appreciate the effort!

A few days ago I had a problem on how to avail my Fuel pass card via Snappy bank. To have the card I need to fill up three steps, my email, phone number and the TIN number, but in step 2, I'm always stock because the verification code they sent to me is always incorrect. I decided to communicate using their hotline number for three days I failed to talk to any of them until the one last try and fortunately a very kind, patient, staff name Stavro helped us to solve my problem. I give up! I've already tried so many times to create an account, but with every new step I unlock the app freezes or errors, and I'm right back at the start. I've done the video call verification 2x already, but nothing was saved, apparently. I even created a password on the last attempt, but can't log in with it and have to start all over again. Just wasting mine and everyone's time with this junk app. No other banking app has given me half this much trouble. I'm just going to take this as a sign

This app is a complete disaster. Constant lag, broken login/verification, and bugs everywhere. Chat support doesn’t even work, so you’re basically stuck with zero help. I don’t understand how something this broken is allowed to operate as a banking app. Stay away.

I took the €25 voucher from Vodafone cu, followed all the steps but even if all is correct, I cannot do verification with gov. Gr to activate the app and get also the €25 bonus. I sent 2 emails to Snappy support without any response.
