I had some issues while creating my account because I entered the wrong Shell card ID, which meant I wouldn't be able to get the gas vouchers. I contacted customer support and explained my mistake. Their response was incredibly fast and the issue was resolved in no time! In the end, I got the vouchers successfully. Thanks again!

I had some issues with setting up an account due to misunderstandings but the person on the phone was very helpful and guided me throughout the whole process while giving very clear instructions on what to do! The whole app has been working fine, and I haven't had any issues with it so far! :-)

Looks promising Other than high interest in savings accounts I don't see a reason to use this at the moment. However, it seems like they plan to add more features like those in Revolut which would be a big motivation to use this. Hopefully they won't block custom ROMs like Revolut did when I still had money there.

I open the app and I press create new account. Nothing Happens. The app stacks. Finally, after some hour I connect to the apo to make KYC. Everything stack. Someone calls me to fulfill the kyc cannot hear anything. No way to trust this bank. Even the first steps don't work. How about my and your money in this bank? Unreliable 100%. As I understand You may choose Some provider for Telephone and internet that is cheap but not reliable to their services. Just do the first step. Change your Provider.

Can't give less than one star, unfortunately. I've never seen a slower, more unstable app. Logs me out every single day, all my settings gone, can't even process top up. A bank that can't even process top up is totally useless. I feel sorry for my time wasted to go through endless verification steps every other day. I wonder what they are fixing every week that the app is down for maintenance. Just scrap it and make it from scratch. STAY AWAY
