A few days ago I had a problem on how to avail my Fuel pass card via Snappy bank. To have the card I need to fill up three steps, my email, phone number and the TIN number, but in step 2, I'm always stock because the verification code they sent to me is always incorrect. I decided to communicate using their hotline number for three days I failed to talk to any of them until the one last try and fortunately a very kind, patient, staff name Stavro helped us to solve my problem. Looks promising Other than high interest in savings accounts I don't see a reason to use this at the moment. However, it seems like they plan to add more features like those in Revolut which would be a big motivation to use this. Hopefully they won't block custom ROMs like Revolut did when I still had money there.

The app is just terrible. It feels sluggish, dated and unresponsive. The quick guide pops up every time I open it, even though I selected that I don't want it. The worst part is that every time a major update is out I get logged out, and then I cannot log back in despite using the correct credentials. So I have to change the credentials (which is a tedious process because it needs facial recognition etc.) or it may decide to work after some attempts with the EXACT same credentials each time.

I open the app and I press create new account. Nothing Happens. The app stacks. Finally, after some hour I connect to the apo to make KYC. Everything stack. Someone calls me to fulfill the kyc cannot hear anything. No way to trust this bank. Even the first steps don't work. How about my and your money in this bank? Unreliable 100%. As I understand You may choose Some provider for Telephone and internet that is cheap but not reliable to their services. Just do the first step. Change your Provider.
