A few days ago I had a problem on how to avail my Fuel pass card via Snappy bank. To have the card I need to fill up three steps, my email, phone number and the TIN number, but in step 2, I'm always stock because the verification code they sent to me is always incorrect. I decided to communicate using their hotline number for three days I failed to talk to any of them until the one last try and fortunately a very kind, patient, staff name Stavro helped us to solve my problem. I had some difficulty. Using an Android device I managed to open an account and proceeded with KYC and ID confirmation. All good until I tried to get a debit card. Every time I tried opening an expense account and issue a debit card, the app crashed repeatedly. Edit: I opened the account first with the no card option, and then I issued a virtual card and it worked. I see that the guys are constantly updating the app, and I appreciate the effort!

I had some issues while creating my account because I entered the wrong Shell card ID, which meant I wouldn't be able to get the gas vouchers. I contacted customer support and explained my mistake. Their response was incredibly fast and the issue was resolved in no time! In the end, I got the vouchers successfully. Thanks again!

Horrible UI and the app itself is completely unusable. Every time I close the app and re-open it, it FORCES me to login again. Biometrics don't work, PIN doesn't work, the app has the memory of a goldfish, apparently. Fix the app.

Useless. Can't create account because they want to video call with a creator, and you wait on the line for 10 minutes, and it says every time no available creator at the moment. Can't even create account. Don't even download it

Badly designed services and app. Better off. This company might as well be the definition of low quality effort. Next level is the scam level-might as well reach that as well (if it already hasn't). Keep away. Save yourselves. PS: There is the typical response to reviews. I have already sent emails and never received any response-let alone proper response. You overhype 24/7 support, but the reality is nowhere near. I also offered crucial feedback on the app AND the services but u never cared
