I used this app recently, and it's been a week that I have been trying to add to my balance. Verifying the bank account took 2 3 days and 2 days ago the amount is taken from my bank account but still it's not in my balance

I sent money from my satisfy account to my bank account 5 working days and I haven't still received my money I didn't experience same whilst depositing money in their better fix this coz it's such a poor customer service

This app sucks 😞 transfer took 5 whole days, to confirm, I got a cash back of 200, and they gave me 100 euro 💶, and then you still went to my bank account and take money aside my budget why. I don't recommend at all
