SMS text verification code not coming through to UK number. Checked with my MSP and confirmed short messages are not blocked. Other verification sms for various other accounts from Lithuania are coming through including Pays era - issue from myTU end and not fixed yet. Also chose a black design debit card but received a green color card instead. MyTU app now shows a black card but I have received a green color card. A small thing but it seems there is no attention to detail - disappointed.

My account was frozen without reason after I received payments from my boss. They blocked my money, and when I contacted customer care, they were useless. When I said I’d write a review, they even threatened me instead of helping. This is not how a real bank behaves. Myth Bank is unsafe, unprofessional, and dangerous. Do not trust them with your money. Stay away, they are scammers!
