In general the app works fine. However, when I prepare larger payments I need to increase the daily limit first before I can save them in a batch. The daily limit should only apply for the day I schedule the payment (Tuesday) and not today (Sunday). I like to schedule the payments for next week and this way I can't. The future payment overview does not work properly anymore. Like my health insurance no longer appears in the list. Or even worse my pension income does not show!

I was quite happy with the app until I switched from my Galaxy S22 to an S24+, now the app keeps crashing at different moments, mostly right after launching it, before logging in even. Often I have to reopen the app 5 to 6 times before I can get through the login screen. I called the customer service, reinstalled the app, cleared the cash, cleared the data, updated my android, nothing works... I am very frustrated. Please look into this!

ABN AMRO's anti-fraud system blocked my account after a legitimate transfer. Mistakes can happen, but the support line is constantly busy, making it nearly impossible to resolve. Security without accessible support is not good enough

This is by far the worst Dutch bank you could open an account with. I have accounts with Rabo and Bunq and nowhere have I ever had so many issues. Their app crashes when registering. The scanning of documents fails multiple times until it works and once your registered they want you to proof your identity and address again after just having all the documents presented. They also actively don't follow EU regulations with their requirement to live in the Netherlands for a basic bank account.

App just crashes on startup in the current version. Still not working after an update, clearing data and reinstalling. Shame.
