I tried opening an account using both the Android app and the website on my computer, but neither worked. This is a very poor first impression. I was planning to open an account specifically to place a fixed deposit, but if this is the experience from the very beginning, I'd rather stay with Al Rajhi Bank. I have decided not to proceed with a bank that fails at the most basic step opening an account. Account registration should be one of the highest priorities for any bank (first impression).

Worst Service! Attempt to log in and to make a local fund transfer, but they don’t provide the 'otp' at the right time and made me awaited for several days to complete my transaction. Poor service.
