The app is easy to access and navigate. However, I rate it 4 stars because until now the services for my Ajwaa credit card is still unavailable and most of my transactions online is still not reflecting in the "recent transactions" page.

Customer service is very slow.I have account this bank but 7 8 day ago blocked my account 3 4 time contact customer helpline not unblocked my account after 2 day before me visit the branch he check give me 24 hours after unblocked your account but already 48 hours finished but not unblocked my account I have emergency send money for my family and my money stock this account.

Slow and very poor service. Whenever I raise a concern with the call center, they ask me to visit the branch because call center guys don't know anything. When I visit the branch, they ask me to visit the head office. At the car leasing head office, only one counter is operational, which results in a very long waiting time.
