Due to poor service I am not getting better service in my Fawri online mobile account service even after talking to customer agent. So please improve the service. And make all kind of service charge free.

I am very disappointed fawri to your services!!! I have emergency to my family, I need to send money. But I couldn't send it to them via mobile fawri apps. My ID was already updated. This is not one time happened to me. Last time I need to go the branch of fawri to ask assistant. I choose mobile apps coz less hassle, but it gives me more stress!!!l
