This App is much better than one would suspect from the advertisement or even the appearance of the app. However, not clear if they are a bank. Not clear if they truly give a personal bank account or that it is a shared account. The in-app messages are sometimes vague, ambiguous and not clear. Also, the appearance of the app (size of letters, cookies) appear a bit childish. The interface could use A LOT of work. However, they have Google Pay even in The Netherlands, so ♥️ They do have a very good Customer support with quick, honest and positive response. This could and should be one of the better FinTech!

Some issues with verification and in general the app needs some more UI refinements, but it works! Support was kind enough to call my phone number to clarify the verification process. The ability to have multi-currency accounts with its own IBAN is amazing! 🧡 Not sure why the accounts are under Di Pocket and not under my own name but that's fine as pre-paid card 👍

This is the worst organization I have ever seen. If you receive money from friend, they will block your account. Please, beware!

Can't even register. When providing my phone number got error. Been trying for 3 weeks and always the same. Application for managing your money you can't trust to is the application you should never use.

I made a transfer of €1,000 from my bank account to pocket just the nest day my account got blocked the have not received my money back am confuse is this a fraud account or what I don't understand what is all this Some should please help am I going mad

Scam!!! Avoid at all costs they closed my account and took my money...over £600 gone in an instant filled a police report as they robbed me. You can't sign up any more proving their app was a scam all along.
