★★★★★ Great way to check status and remote into servers or workstations. Adding the ability to manually execute a scheduled or predefined task (i.e. Trigger a VM restart on a Hypervisor) would really push this over the top.

★★★★★ Update: Latest update fixed my issue with remoting into workstations from my phone! Thank you! I have a Google Pixel XL 2 as well. I am not able to launch TeamViewer to remote into my workstations. Says, TeamViewer launch unavailable on this device.

★★★★★ Works great for me on a Galaxy S20+ 5G. No issue with fingerprint login, granted this is a new install today.

★★☆☆☆ Even after updating the app it doesn't work. App us asking to use fingerprint to sign in and connect to device but under that message it says your device doesn't support fingerprint authentication... get your act together SolarWinds.

★★☆☆☆ The app won't open on Android. LG G8. Stays at splash screen

★★☆☆☆ I've worked with SolarWinds support, and they verified that this app bypasses 2FA and IP auto-detect security. That it even existence puts all SolarWinds RMM administrators, and their clients, at risk. Mobile App access is turned on in the dashboard under Roles and Permissions by default. A setting that can be changed for custom roles you create. But the most trusted user account, your Agent Key, has mobile access enabled by default, and it can't be changed by anyone, including SolarWinds support. Leaving it as the only account you can't protect by turning off mobile access completely. The bottom line is that this app took RMM security away when it was published, whether we liked it or not. Security that our clients rely on us to have in place. I expect better from an MSP app developer.

★★☆☆☆ It now says that fingerprint login isn't available on my device. I have the Huawei P30 Pro. It worked perfectly before the new update. This was a great app, but now it is useless. Way to go SolarWinds... Fix your APPLICATION!!!
