It's a little slow but it works. Time zone is incorrect in the schedule section, and I can't see any way to adjust this. I wish I could add appointments from the ticket screen like you can on the web interface. Being able to search assets by current user like you can in the web interface would also be a huge plus.

This app needs to have search enabled, so it can see body text of ticket not just ticket subject. Also needs to be able to link to other tickets.

I'm an RMM user and demoing the PSA portion. A couple of things that would be really nice would be a quotes module and a ticket sign off, so clients can sign that work orders have been completed. Also, just posting to see if you read these and care. If I get a reply within a few days I'll be a customer for life.

I absolutely hate everything about this app: - login asks for password, email and 2FA, even though I checked the '"remind me" button. - when closing the app for just a second, it forgets I'm logged in - logging in itself takes forever - add time entries for other people does not work - opening anything i suuuper slow - don't even bother to open attachments from within a ticket If I could, I'd use the web client while on the road, but apparently making a website responsive is rocket science...

Difficult to read, very few options to change settings, over all this is only good to check if you have tickets not work on the tickets...

Terrible. Very slow, if you think the web app is slow, wait until you try the Android app. Time keeping is also very tedious and tons of taps. Time keeping has no way to enter a prior time. Mostly so slow that it is barely usable. Takes about 5 minutes to close a single ticket. Would take 1minute in web app and even one minute is way too long already.
