Freshservice is a refreshingly easy-to-use, simple-to-configure, ITIL based IT service desk management solution in the cloud. The productivity centric Freshservice mobile app has been designed keeping in mind an IT agent’s flexibility to stay connected, ‘on the go’. With an industry first module named ‘To-Dos’ it enables the agent to prioritize their day and see all the work stream in a single window. Would be a 5 but... When entering time, ":30” starts a timer at zero while "0:30" submits 30 minutes. The ticket search isn't sorted by date. It's sorted by "relevancy" (random).

The app itself works great, but the widget does not offer any kind of filtering to only show my tickets vs tickets org wide.

Every time I try to view a ticket in this app it says "sorry, an error has occurred please try again later." Changes seem to work fine. I have reinstalled the app to no avail.

Does not sync 100% neatly with support hub. Even if I use all the filters tickets are still not syncing up. Even if you so desire to display all closed tickets regardless of closed date.

No project tasks? I have hundreds of tasks spread across multiple projects and multiple teams, yet I can't see any of them. This makes the app utterly useless. And if I could see tasks, the only filter option is "unresolved" and "closed"? The app was on my phone for less than 5 minutes and then uninstalled. Back to the clunky and frustrating web interface.

As most apps for paid, enterprise-level services seem to be, this one is fairly bare bones and buggy. But at least it's available. It regularly freezes in the background and notifications appear very late unless the app is open, even after a reinstallation. I'm trying Samsung's "Keep Open" feature to get around this (edit: that doesn't help) but the issue appears to be whatever method the app is using for background data, seemingly instead of FCM, which is generally faster and more reliable.
