I cannot make or receive calls. It says I don't have internet connection and cannot make/receive calls. I do have connection though. Please, tell me how to fix this

I and several colleagues have been trying to use this App. In the last 4 weeks - we had 3 calls and all three times - it did not ring any phone. It simply does not work as intended. Not reliable

Completely unusable. Half the time it doesn't even ring, then when it does connect it fails to show the call screen, so I don't even know who's calling. It also seemed to have issues with my Bluetooth headset. I can't believe they released this as a finished app.
