Changing my rating to 5star as they fixed all issues I had with it. You can now filter tickets just like the desktop App. Good job Freshdesk! -Edit : Would be nice to be able to edit a note in the app but do not see an option for it.

My experience on 💻 is almost the same as on mobile phone. I am able to track my complaints in real-time even when I am not at work. Good Experience throughout! Everything is good but the only thing I didn't understand till now, how to get private thread on the same thread mail, rather than just a small notification also how to notify when someone replies to the private thread once the ticket is resolved. Btw it's very easy and a good customer service platform

The availability switch came back, so thank you for that. What this app and the desktop experience both lack is a dark mode. This should be a no-brainer for something we spend all day looking at.

After the recent update to the new web ui it's showing all my tickets as customer responded on the mobile app (which is incorrect). However on the desktop web version it's showing the correct status. Pls fix.

No app sound via notification on Android! The iPhone provides a sound notification when a new ticket is received, however, on the android, it does not it only vibrates. I would like to get a sound notification when I receive new tickets. Therefore, I'll be able to check them as soon as they come in versus having to wait for a pop-up or to continue to look at my phone to see if I receive something new.

very, very basic. Not possible to work with multiple accounts. Attachment of a ticket thread not neatly summarized. And downloads of attachments goes to forbidden folder instead of download folder. Terrible experience

Wondering why it's not possible to set OOO from the mobile app. It seems like such a crucial function to have, but there is no option.
