I don't get notified when a new service ticket is created, ideally this should be by default and offer the option to opt-out. I would also prefer the ability to set customized notifications instead of the SMS notification sound.

Changing my rating to 5star as they fixed all issues I had with it. You can now filter tickets just like the desktop App. Good job Freshdesk! -Edit : Would be nice to be able to edit a note in the app but do not see an option for it.

The app has come a long way in my almost 10 years using it. The only thing keeping me from 5 Stars is a dark mode setting.

Our experience with post-sale service and onboarding was disappointing. Onboarding was basic, with representatives lacking a thorough understanding of the product, leading to inadequate training. Support is not readily available by phone, making issue resolution long and time-consuming. Hidden policies in the fine print make changing plans nearly impossible, and these were not disclosed during the sales process. Overall, it has been a frustrating experience, especially from a listed company.

Missing so much functionality. Major needs that would make agent life easier: Proper time and date on the original ticket. Not knowing when the ticket came in is very frustrating. Dark mode.

No app sound via notification on Android! The iPhone provides a sound notification when a new ticket is received, however, on the android, it does not it only vibrates. I would like to get a sound notification when I receive new tickets. Therefore, I'll be able to check them as soon as they come in versus having to wait for a pop-up or to continue to look at my phone to see if I receive something new.
