Changing my rating to 5star as they fixed all issues I had with it. You can now filter tickets just like the desktop App. Good job Freshdesk! -Edit : Would be nice to be able to edit a note in the app but do not see an option for it.

Good Experience throughout! Everything is good but the only thing I didn't understand till now, how to get private thread on the same thread mail, rather than just a small notification also how to notify when someone replies to the private thread once the ticket is resolved. Btw it's very easy and a good customer service platform

My experience on 💻 is almost the same as on mobile phone. I am able to track my complaints in real-time even when I am not at work. I get notifications on new complaints, and even step by step updates on my complaints resolutions. This app plays a major role in delivering exceptional services to my customers.

Honestly garbage of an app, been flagging the same issue for 5 years now and they didn't manage to apply a fix. What is the point of using the app if you can't close the tickets? Each time I select an option on the ticket type field, and I try to save, the field resets.

Wondering why it's not possible to set OOO from the mobile app. It seems like such a crucial function to have, but there is no option.

Terrible login design - instead of having a functioning login page, finding the right one using their 50 million different domains associated with accounts is like a 4-step maze every time. Then they go and discontinue their free plan for a product that's far less functional than alternatives. Thanks for motivating me to build our own support ticketing system in-house. Your terrible design and greed did some good, at least.
