Event adding option is not available in this app. In web base app event adding option is available. So if create the ticket using this app means, I have to open the same ticket in web base app to create the event. Add the event option in the next update.

The app does not work in real-time. New tickets are visible only after refreshing. Even closed and open tickets update only when refreshed. It requires frequent manual refresh. Please fix this issue in the upcoming update."

The biggest disadvantage of this app is that it cannot respond to queries about the Play Store or social media sites via Zoho Android app. I informed customer support about this three months ago, but it hasn't helped.
