Hi, WHMCS app is really nifty, but I'm asking for RTL typing in support section when admin needs to write for a customer. Another thing which I couldn't solve is: how can a support/sale user login?! Because access denied will pop up! Seems only full administrator can use mobile app! Version of Whmcs is 8.1.3

Just doesn't work. My API key has been correctly set, but the app won't connect and keeps telling me I need to set my API key.

Date selector doesn't populate the date field in 'add payment'. Looks like the app is dead anyway - last updated 2021 💀

When New Ticket Is Created By User, It Should Send Sound Notification To Mobile, That Ticket Has Been Created, & Notification Should Be Clear As INSHORTS APP GIVES NOTIFICATION ALERT, But It Seems Whmcs Does Not Do The Job Right Way, NO SOUND NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED And Worst Part Is That Even When License Price Is Hiked & We Have To Pay Monthly Fee, We Are Unable To Manage Our Business With This Errorful App
