This totally worked for me, on my Galaxy watch 7. I downloaded the app for both my phone and my watch. And then in the app under sensors I selected wear. And then for device it automatically selected wear. Next I went to sessions and selected breathing, and it absolutely recorded and then displayed my heart rate variability. And I've been trying for about an hour to find an app that would do this that didn't want me to pay $20 a month every month. And this app does it for free! I'm very impressed

This is a very good app and have been working with it for 3 days now. I will repost again later with details. For now this is only app which gives you detailed reports. Edited with 15 days use. My rating remains same. Gives graphical plot of frequency domain and time domain analysis. Tracks and gives trend report. It will be added improvement if frequency domain report data is given in numbers such as power in LF HF Etc...also if some help pages describing charts. Could u plz tell what is coherence score indicate?

Useless on note 4! Tried mic, front camera and rear camera. All bpm we're totally inaccurate. Also doesn't utilize built in heart rate sensor. No explanation of what results mean.
