Namma Salai is a useful app for reporting road issues, but some improvements are needed. Please allow users to manually select the concerned department to avoid complaint rejection. Show the complaint title in the complaint list for easy tracking. Add an appeal option if complaints are wrongly rejected or not properly resolved. When marked resolved, display both the original and updated photos for comparison. Also show clear location and address details during complaint submission.

Om both Wi-Fi and mobile network, App is not working. Only showing network error option while submitting report

Worst it's not working. don't believe and don't download the worst app ever. If people know this app and complaint but failure by network error even my network coverage is full
