Nanny app - Childcare

Nanny app helps childminders, nannies and professionals working in a MAM (shared childminding setting) manage their daily childcare activities.

Keep important information in one place, follow each child’s day and communicate more easily with parents using a single app.

CHILD MANAGEMENT

Create and manage a profile for every child in your care. Quickly access their schedules, parents’ contact details, allergies and other important childcare information.

DAILY CHILDCARE LOG

Easily record each child’s daily events:

• arrivals and departures;
• meals and menus;
• naps and wake-up times;
• nappy changes and care;
• activities and custom activities;
• photos, mood and a daily summary.

Parents can follow the important moments of their child’s day.

WEEKLY MENUS

Create, edit and reuse weekly menus to save time when planning meals.

INTRODUCING SOLID FOODS

Follow each child’s progress as they discover new foods and review the foods that have already been introduced.

Easily record new foods across different categories, including vegetables, fruit, cereals, starchy foods, animal proteins, nuts, oils and seeds. You can also add your own custom foods.

Suggested minimum ages are provided for guidance only and remain subject to a paediatrician’s advice. This feature makes it easier for childcare professionals and parents to share information throughout the introduction of solid foods.

SUPPLY MANAGEMENT

Quickly let parents know when their child needs additional supplies, such as nappies, cotton pads, cleansing lotion, wipes, milk, meals, sun cream or spare clothes.

Choose an item from the available list or add a custom supply request. Parents receive the information directly, making it easier to anticipate their child’s daily needs.

HISTORY AND SEARCH

Review previous days, update information and search through the complete history of recorded events.

PARENT COMMUNICATION

Send and receive messages and alerts directly through the app, including illness notifications, important information, missing supplies and specific requests.

ATTENDANCE AND BILLING

Accurately track each child’s attendance and childcare hours. Use attendance records and billing assistance to prepare invoices, then share them directly with parents.

You can also access useful Pajemploi information for parents.

With Boo Nounou, simplify your organisation, keep daily updates in one place and spend more time caring for the children.
