★★★★★ Normally, I love this app. I can search the catalog, place items on hold, review my current account activity, renew, etc. I can even renew my account and scan my ID. And I love the self-checkout feature to scan barcodes directly from my phone. However, this app does not work with the latest Android 12 update. Please update and fix the app!

★★★★★ Even though there are lot new features, I do not like the fact that I cannot access the catalog from the app. It opens a browser to look up the catalog. The digital card and self-checkout are great features though.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't have enough features. I was hoping to be able to use the app to do anything I could do on the website, but as it is, it's basically just the account management part of the website. If the app would A. Be updated to have a UI that doesn't look like it's from the early 2000s internet, and B. had even basic features like being able to search the catalog in the app... It would 100% be worthy of four or five stars. As it stands though... The website is a better app than the official app.
