BUGGED UP... tell me why It's so had to sign in. even my phone says there's ca bug and shuts down. I have reinstalled but nothing seems to work

Trying to log into my account and pay my bill but app won't get pass log in screen. After uninstall and reinstalling, clearing cache and data, I get to paperless screen right after the log in screen and it freezes again. App does not respond and eventually will have to close out. Rinse repeat. Not sure if this is from the update but app freezes at log in screen. **edit** it's 9/2/26 now, over a year since I've left the review. After all these updates, I and many others STILL cannot enter the app

I can't get this stupid thing past agreement of terms! What a turd! And speaking of turds... insurance is a turd also. I hope none of you ever have to surrender your policy due to an emergency...... you will get nothing!

I've redownloaded the app multiple times and could never get beyond the login. I used the same username and password as I do online and received the verification code text, so I know my credentials were correct. Each time I get a message saying the app is not responding.
