Terrible experience so far having to log in multiple times with multiple passwords it's ridiculous, and I can't even access my contract even though I have a contract number it seems a little retarded to have to enter a password to open up your account when I already have a policy number.

Keeps giving me an error code and won't let me log into my account. If I manage to get in, I get a 404 page not found error too. I reset my password, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, made sure it was updated, and nothing.

Can not access my account information. Thank God you don't handle our money like you do our/your app. Or do you? Supplemental and reduction of stars: instead of being proud of showing your pride why don't you fix the system you employ for your customers be able to access account information easily. Then you could be proud...
