The latest update is an improvement to the overall experience however I can no login with biometrics. I would also like to use my stored bank info to make loan requests. Functional and meets my requirements generally.

Requires 2FA to log in, but doesn't open a window to let you input the texted code. Impossible to log in.

Terrible experience so far having to log in multiple times with multiple passwords it's ridiculous, and I can't even access my contract even though I have a contract number it seems a little retarded to have to enter a password to open up your account when I already have a policy number.

Can not access my account information. Thank God you don't handle our money like you do our/your app. Or do you? Supplemental and reduction of stars: instead of being proud of showing your pride why don't you fix the system you employ for your customers be able to access account information easily. Then you could be proud...
