App is garbage. I can log in on a computer but the app doesn't recognize my user and password, even though I set up access through the app

This app is garbage. Constant problems logging in. Sometimes is slow to load. It always seems to want to open a browser. Tried three different ones. Same thing on all them. Primerica fix your stupid. And don't say check for update of the app. Done that numerous times. All the one-star reviews ought to tell you something. Who wants to have to call support every time you want to check your accounts.
