Don't buy health insurance from the policy bazaar because in case of reimbursement you will definitely be helpless, and they are just telling you to give us some time again and again, but nothing will happen so please request all buy health insurance from the local agent from you're nearby.

Very bad experience with Policy bazaar. My diabetes was not properly included in the policy. When I raised the issue, I was told it would be covered automatically after 3 years, but Niva Bupa later cancelled my policy. Policy bazaar took my payment on 25 Aug but has still not resolved the issue. Agents give verbal assurances during home visits, but these are not recorded and may differ from the actual policy. Many calls for payment, but no support when there is a problem.

Bad experience. They told me that if we are taking policy we should go through each wording. And they told it's not their responsibility to tell everything mentioned in policy in detail to customers. This is my experience from customer care of policy bazaar while making a claim. They don't know anything, and I Directly contacted insurance provider to get more information ... can't trust policy bazaar. I am removing all policies taken through policy bazaar.
