It was a mistake to buy a policy from them. They provide no additional benefit over getting a policy directly from the provider. Instead, they flood you with sales calls and messages about another new gimmicky plan that they have invented. At this point they are behaving more like a scam call center rather than a bona fide service provider.

Biggest Scammers and Cheaters - AVOID ICICI Lombard & Policy Bazaar I purchased a Family Health Insurance Policy from ICICI Lombard via Policy Bazaar. Last month I paid my FINAL EMI to complete the policy. The very next day, they cancelled my policy without any prior notice or consent. I only received a vague text message with no proper explanation. It’s been 1 week since I raised complaints with both ICICI Lombard and Policy Bazaar. Till now, I have received zero response and zero resolution.

Bad experience. They told me that if we are taking policy we should go through each wording. And they told it's not their responsibility to tell everything mentioned in policy in detail to customers. This is my experience from customer care of policy bazaar while making a claim. They don't know anything, and I Directly contacted insurance provider to get more information ... can't trust policy bazaar. I am removing all policies taken through policy bazaar.
