Good app to use. However, it doesn't have airtel services. Introduce savings wallet in the app that should work like normal savings accounts with interest attached.

I love this bank. But now the problem comes when your forget your mobile app pin, you don't have an easy way to recover the pin. Once it is blocked, unless you visit a branch you can't use it. When you are outside the country you have to do a lot of paper work and send physical documents to the bank like we are in the 1950s The bank should think about the diaspora community. Now I prefer using ABSA because the above is my story. My mobile app pin is blocked, and I'm outside the country.

As an empathetic person I strongly disagree with leaving public negative reviews, however the nbk app as well as the ussd has proved unreliable on numerous occasions. It will tell you error, or retry or refuse to send anyone or yourself any money, I've even changed my pin more than twice thinking maybe it's a wrong pin, or maybe it's internet or maybe network or maybe the ussd will work but srsly, it's now too much, been using it for I think almost 3 years with disappointments
