The News of weather report s and local news is very accurate and very informative readings. Thank you for all the updates ☺️.

Newly revised, this app stinks. You tell it you DON'T want ANY news notifications just weather, and it bombs you with the stupid Olympics notifications. Hello? Some of us only want the app for weather. It doesn't update your location fast enough. So when you open the app it dumps you on the news page and shows where you were not where your at. And the brief weather forecast that used to be on the radar page is buried somewhere else now. You totally ruined a good app. Uninstalled.

Before the recent update, this was my favorite news app. Now it's my least favorite. I used to get all the latest news LOCALLY, before most of the other news apps, and I used to get the weather on my Note 10+ drop down menu. Now, I seldom get the updated LOCAL news, and no longer get the weather in my drop-down menu. This option is also not available in your settings to be changed. The majority of the LOCAL news that I get now is the Olympics news. Please change your app back!

Background location permission is required, and it IS on, but this app does not know it. I can't turn that black background off. The weather is ok, but this app is not it's all cracked up to be. Apps should not be difficult to manage. This one appears to be. I may just uninstall it and stick with AccuWeather.
