Great app, has a very helpful map for park navigation and looking at ride times. Only improvement needed is adding the ability to search for bathrooms to the park map.

It's fine. The bad reviews scared me, but it worked fine on my Pixel 7. Not amazing. There are many QoL updates needed like making food ordering smoother. Make it easier to get to your passes. Make bookmarking or favorites.

You guys need to have mobile food & drink ordering in this app, there's absolutely no reason, especially considering how baked into the park experience mobile ordering is, that Android phones just inexplicably can't order food while Apple phones can.

Reservations never appear and old tickets still show up. I loathe this app. I have an email with my hotel reservation conf number. I got an email to check in. Says "successfully linked" and in 3 seconds...Oops error. Try again later. Also have ex-wife on account in app and can't delete the tumor. Have tickets in here since 2018 that were used and still show active. App sucks with no hope in sight! I see all the reviews Universal comments on saying to call guest services OR FIX your app!!!!

Hotel reservations don't work park map is missing info on basic amenities. Other amusement parks have better apps.
