Very helpful resource. I have used this app for touring at both Disney and Universal. I feel like the Disney wait times were more accurate, but overall a great tool for planning a Disney or Universal trip. The website is great too. Definitely try the touring plans to save yourself from waiting in long lines.

Was at the park today and the wait times weren't even close. No ride breakdowns either. So far this app has been a waste of money for Universal. It was great for Disney when we used to have passes there.

No info in app on Mardi Gras events. No menus or prices for Mardi Gras tasting booths. No info about rhe Mardi Gras parade, best watching areas. No info on bayou boil.

I honestly was confused by this app before we even left on our trip and
once we got to the park we decided not to use it. The entire Harry Potter
world and train was down at IOA and I could not figure out how to modify
the plan. It was just not user-friendly. Save yourself the money and buy
only the unofficial guide instead. I learned more from that than this app
could have ever done for me.

Is not accurate for Epic. Our plan told us to go straight to Mine Cart Madness and expect a wait of only an hour. We were there when it opened and waited over 3 and a half hours which has thrown off our entire day and likely means we will miss other attractions. Don't waste your money if you want to get the most out of your day at Epic.
