THE WORST ONLINE BANKING EXPERIENCE IS FROM NBK AND ITS APPS, I WASTED MORE THAN 4 HOURS MOVING BETWEEN NBK INTL APP, NBK MOBILE SECURE, AND NBK WEB AS WELL AS NBK CALL CENTER!! JUST TO TRANSFER MONEY INTERNALLY WITHIN NBK AMD THIS TOKEN NONSENSE REFUSE TO WORK!! JUST USE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATOR LIKE EVERYONE ELSE OR JUST MOBILE SMS OTP!! Am I CANCELING MY ACCOUNT AS WELL AS MY WIFE'S ACCOUNT WITH YOU GUYS MY TIME IS MORE VALUABLE THAN YOUR GARBAGE ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
