★★★★★ ปรับปรุงเมนูหน้าข้อมูลผู้ใช้ ปุ่มมันติดกันเกินครับ ถ้าจะดีไซน์ปุ่มไซต์เล็กขนาดนี้ ก็ขยับให้มี Space ระยะห่างหน่อยนึง หรือไม่ก็ จัดปุ่มตัวโตๆ เต็มเลเอ้าไปเลยก็ดี ถ้าจะให้ดีกว่านี้ เอาหน้าแอพนกแอร์เป็นแรงบันดาลใจ มาทำก็ได้ จัดรูปแบบคล้ายๆกัน มีแปดเมนู ทำปุ่มสี่เหลี่ยมสักแปดปุ่มนะ ออกแบบไอคอนเอง นอกนั้นลงตัวแล้วครับ ยังไม่ได้ลองใช้ ถ้ามี e-boarding โชว์ในแอพได้จะดีมากเลย จะได้ไม่ต้องไปปริ้น ให้ยุ่งยาก

★★★★★ แอพดียังไม่สุด อยากจะให้พัฒนาแอพให้ เหมือนสายการบิน ออกตั๋วและส่งตั๋วไปที่อีเมล์ และ เป็น PDF ไฟล์ที่สามารถพิมพ์ได้ จากทุกที่ คือทำได้เหมือนการซื้อตั๋วจากสายการบิน จะดีที่สุด

★★☆☆☆ English language option please. That way, your app would be very helpful, specially for foreigners who obviously don't understand Thai. And it would be more convenient than togo to the bus station just to buy tickets.

★★☆☆☆ ถ้าไม่เป็นสมาชิกห้ามซื้อ? ถ้าไม่เป็นสมาชิกห้ามซื้อ? น่าจะมีซื้อแบบ Guest สัมครสมาชิกถามเยอะมากจะเอาข้อมูลไปวิจัยตลาดมาก จริงๆเแ็นแฟนคลับนะครับ แต่ให้คะแนนตามความจริงรีบพัฒนาเบย ยังใช้ยากอยู่

★★☆☆☆ ระบบยังไม่ค่อยดีนะครับ errorบ่อย กดย้อยกลับเด้งออกไปหน้าหลักให้ไปเริ่มใหม่ไม่โอเคครับ
