Had two cars originally stored but both have been changed. So easy to delete the old ones and add the new ones. Used one car park today and the QR code let me in and out with no problem. My only negative is that there is no difference between the pay on foot and App pricing - there used to be a discount for the latter. Guess that's down to NCP being in administration

Absolutely fantastic app, extremely easy and simple to set up and took under 2 minutes to do so and to pay, my friend and I parked just outside city center Coventry as was 95p for 2 hours which is amazing and then used the Lime bikes to go into Coventry city center and was there for longer than expected and extended the parking ticket with 0 issues! I highly rate this app!! And absolutely love the fact u can see how long u got left, this gives us peace of mind!!

21/06/2026. 2pm approx. Just tried ayong for parking at Lewes East gate, both on app and at the machine in the car park... no luck. I bet we'll receive a fine now! We won't be paying that fine!!

Terrible app. I get free employee parking via the NCP app, but it forces you to enter payment card details for this parking. Instructions provided by NCP state "you will not be charged it is just to receive a QR code". But then I was charged £21 for 4 hours on my first use. £21 is far too expensive for 4 hours parking regardless. But the app didn't clearly list/navigate to eligible car parks. Instead, assumed I wanted to pay £21 for NCP parking in a city I could get it for free. Where is the logic?
