Downloading the NCP app means you can purchase digital monthly, quarterly, and annual season tickets, depending on your needs. Your season ticket will then be stored in the app, meaning you’ll never forget or lose a physical season ticket again!

• The ability to pay as you go and access your season ticket, if you have one, in one place

Had two cars originally stored but both have been changed. So easy to delete the old ones and add the new ones. Used one car park today and the QR code let me in and out with no problem. My only negative is that there is no difference between the pay on foot and App pricing - there used to be a discount for the latter. Guess that's down to NCP being in administration

I set up an account on the App with email, password, veh reg, bank details. When I tried to log onto my account later it said email or password incorrect, I asked for a new password link but my email was not recognized. All very time-consuming. There are different rules for different car parks. The procedure for paying is very complicated and for the car park I wanted to pre-book I have to go through "Just Park:". It is a nightmare and not user-friendly at all. Oh for simple pay and display

Worst car park app by miles. Given the extortionate parking fees, you'd think NCP could afford a competent coder...
