Top bank with everything that a banker needs. What I like most is the MPESA paybill and till features that allow me to make payments without having to move money to MPESA. However, you need to improve merchant withdrawal from MPESA services to reduce delays that really cause inconveniences. Otherwise, I recommend the bank 100%.

The experience has been great but your last update is locking some of us with older OS versions out which is not fair. Please consider rolling out an update that's inclusive of everyone despite the device or OS version they're on because right now having to access mobile banking via ussd is costly and unreliable. The Lipa na Mesa directly from my account option doesn't work thus it's really frustrating and costly from the user's end especially with our current economic crisis. Please consider.
