I am stuck at work, requesting a ride, drivers are available but no driver picks the ride. It's now 45 mins since I started requesting, ride request jumps from one driver to the next, all ignoring.

The app promised me a 250 shs discount on my first ride. I was hesitant at first because I didn't trust it that much as a frequent UBER CUSTOMER. I then took a boda to my destination that is exactly 11.4 kilometers away. The app told me that It would cost 21 shs per kilometer. If you do the math it comes to 239.4 which is basically 240 shs, tell me why they charged me 320 and didn't the offer?!?!??!?!?! SUPER DISAPPOINTED IN THIS APP AND NEVER EVER USING IT AGAIN!

I am extremely frustrated by drivers on this app. More than a dozen times now, this app has been extremely disappointing. The drivers take trip, then ask what the destination is then just flat out refuse to show up. The idea is to delay pick up time so that one cancels. This is not only frustrating but also a waste of time. For most of us in corporate world, for some reason, Little cab is the only option but their services is horrible due to a bunch of drivers with attitude issues.
