Good app, but performance needs serious improvement. The Ncell App has many useful features, and I appreciate the effort the developers are putting into improving the customer experience. However, the app is currently far too slow and often feels like it is hanging or freezing, even when my internet connection is working normally. Please focus on speed, responsiveness, loading time, and stability in the next updates. A lightweight and smooth Ncell App would make a huge difference for users.

Even below then 1🌟 I will give ncell (network) worste service experience in roming, while it wasn't used (mobile data off) but they're sending multiple time data usage alerts from sms. Recharge validity inconvenient for users stationed abroad.
