I was looking forward to being able to view my scans. But I can't even get the App to open past the first screen. Deleted and downloaded 3 times a loser.

Blooming hopeless. I have tried at least 30 times to sign in to my account. Numerous emails, messages. I have lost count of new passwords I've had to think up. As soon as password is confirmed I'm advised to log in. OK so far BUT log in with new password I am told password incorrect. Off we go again another message another link, over and over. I'm sick and tired of it.
